Any Story County resident in need of assistance may apply for services. Each program has its own distinct set of criteria for eligibility. Through our office, you can find assistance with:

Central Point of Coordination (CPC) process for determining eligibility for funding of mental health services
Case Management services for individuals with Chronic Mental Illness, Intellectual Disabilities, Developmental Disabilities, and Brain Injury

The 2011-2012 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) has been established to help qualifying low-income Iowa homeowners and renters pay for a portion of their primary heating costs for the winter heating season.
